You can be guaranteed a quality listen with almost any Solid Steel show, past or present, but these four are a bit special. Mixed and manipulated by long-time DJ Food stalwart Strictly Kev, he shows that he has a voracious appetite to bring together all things Kraftwerk, in cover form and beyond. A healthy blend of sweeping samples, archive interview tapes and cover versions ranging from the sublime to the downright mad, you’ll never be more than one step away from saying to yourself ‘what track was THAT?’ If you think you’ve heard it all when it comes to Kraftwerk, Kev will make you think again.
